Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions of use for the application "RekoBase CSV" (the "App") provided by Mizoracier ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to the entirety of these Terms.

Article 2 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without obtaining the user's prior consent, where we consider it necessary to do so. The revised Terms take effect from the moment they are posted within the App. If a user uses the App after the Terms have been revised, that user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

1. We make no warranty whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of the App's operation. The App is provided "as-is."

2. We are not liable for any damages arising in connection with the user's use of the App, whether incurred by the user or a third party (including, without limitation, data loss, device malfunction, disputes with external services, lost profits, or any other indirect damages), except where such damages result from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Even where we are liable for damages, our liability shall be limited to the total amount actually paid to us by the user concerned as consideration for the App.

Article 4 (Data Management)

1. Data used by the App is stored on the user's device, or in a storage location of the user's own choosing.

2. Backing up, managing, and storing data is the sole responsibility of the user.

3. We bear no involvement or responsibility for any loss, corruption, or leakage of data, or for any trouble arising from the use of third-party services.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

When using the App, the user shall not engage in any of the following actions:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or adapting the App
• Redistributing all or part of the App
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of us or any third party
• Violating any applicable law or public order and morals

Article 6 (International Use)

Users shall use the App at their own responsibility. We make no warranty, and bear no responsibility, as to whether use of the App complies with the laws of the user's country of residence or location.

Article 7 (Severability)

Even if any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
